McCall’s Student Chess Association first began in 2005. The same year McCall was first established.
Chess is a great strategy game and fun to play. Students are grouped according to skill level so that games are played with other students of similar skill. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to very experienced players. The McCall Student Chess Association meets on the first and third Thursday afternoons of each month from 2:45 to 3:45 in the school cafeteria. Chess is limited to the first 40 students who sign up. |
