The McCall PTA Garden Committee would like to thank everyone that voted and/or encouraged friends and family to vote for our garden grant application through Seeds of Change. We would especially like to thank Imagine Programs LLC for donating the printing costs for flyers to help encourage supporters to vote. Imagine Programs is an Adolescent and Adult Substance Abuse Counseling Center here in Plano.
Unfortunately, we did not receive enough votes to be considered for the grant. However, we are working hard to continue to build relationships with local organizations and businesses to ensure our garden project is a success. Our goal is to have the garden built by the first week of the 2016-2017 school year. Keep watching our PTA newsletters for more information and opportunities to get involved in this amazing project.
