McCall Valentine's Day Party - Colts Give Back

McCall is using this year Valentine Season to give back to our community; this year service project supports the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County. We are asking students to bring in Teddy Bears and/or children’s toiletries/hygiene products to support the needs of the Children’s Advocacy Center's Rainbow Room. There are boxes located outside of the library where donations can be placed. We will accept donations through February 15th.

- Students: You are welcome to bring in valentines to pass out to your classmates during the parties and a decorated shoe box to hold them. If you do not have a shoe box, check with the front office. Teachers can provide you with a list of classmates.
- Parents: If you are planning to attend and/or volunteer for the party, please RSVP online or return this form to Karen Miller by Tuesday, 02/12/2019 so they can have your badge ready upon arrival.
- Volunteers: We need parents to help with setup, crafts, serve, and clean up. All volunteers are required a completed PISD Volunteer Application prior to the event.
- Food*/Drinks/Plastic Ware: Please send these items to school the day before or the day of the party by 10 am. Please avoid nut products. Food items must be store bought. See the information on allergy sensitivities below.
Note: There are a few students who have severe food allergies, such as to peanuts (and other nut products), eggs, and milk among other things. We are distributing this information to help you understand the situation and to help foster a safe, worry free semester for these students and his/her parents. If you bring any items into the classroom with any of these ingredients, please be sure that the products have a label on them. This will allow our students with any allergy sensitivity issues to make good choices on party day. The students’ allergies can be life threatening and the student may carry an EPI-Pen at all times. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of our students.
