McCall Elementary will be celebrating Multicultural Week during 11/14-18/2016. To help prepare for this event, a blank paper doll outline has been sent home. We would like each student to custom design their doll with their family to reflect his or her culture and heritage.
Be creative with the paper dolls. You could add fabric for the clothing or yarn for the hair. Please be sure to mention which country or heritage the doll represents on the lines provided. Also feel free to include any further info about your heritage in the lines provided. For example: any special customs, foods, greetings, etc. You can also use the space around the doll outline to attach some pictures.
Please write your child’s name & grade on his/her sheet so we can return them to you. The paper dolls will be displayed in the main hallway for the multicultural week. Thank you for taking the time to do this family project and sharing information about your heritage.
