Order your Field Day Shirt(s) by April 10th!!!

Cost: $5 (Add $2 for XL, 2XL, 3XL sizes) 

Order by one of the following ways before April 10th:

• Paper: Complete and return this form with cash or check, payable to “McCall PTA”, in a sealed envelope to your child’s teacher. 
• Online: Go to Online Toolkit and select "Field Day T-shirt 2014/2015"

Notes: 

• There are students who are unable to purchase a field day shirt. Please make an additional donation so they can have a Field Day Shirt, too! 
• Last day to order is Friday, 04/10/2015.

Shirt colors are as follow : 

• Kindergarten: Yellow
  
• 1st Grade: Orange 
  
• 2nd Grade: Royal Blue
• 3rd Grade: Green
  
• 4th Grade: Red
• 5th Grade: Gold (bright orange/reddish)
  
• Adult: Medium Blue
