The Volunteer of the Month for March 2019 is Alicia Rodda! To learn more about Alicia and why she chooses to volunteer, please read her responses to the questions below:
- How long have you been volunteering at McCall? I have been volunteering at McCall since March of 2018.
- Why did you start volunteering at McCall? I started volunteering because I wanted to be involved with my children's school. Before being enrolled at McCall, I homeschooled my children. Volunteering at their school has been a great way to stay active in their school experience.
- What is your favorite part of volunteering? My favorite thing about volunteering has been popping into my kid's classrooms on Thursdays to give them a quick hug.
- What is your favorite way to volunteer (event, project) ? Assembling and delivering Thursday packets, class parties and field trips have been a joy for me to lend a hand and meet other volunteering parents.
