The nominating committee is looking for energetic parents who want to be part of an organization that impacts the lives of our children at McCall Elementary. The PTA brings many educational programs and fun activities to your children every school year, such as:
- Field Trips for all grades
- Class Parties (Winter, Valentines Day, End of Year)
- Programs (Multicultural Night, Movie Nights, Anti-Bully with Dallas Cowboys Mascot, and more!
- Teacher Appreciation events
- Fall and Spring Book Fairs
- Social Dances and Spirit Night events
- After School programs
- Field Day Obstacle Course
- School Agendas for 2nd-5th grade
- Funds for Teacher to purchase class materials…and so much more!
We have the following officer openings for the 2016-2017 school year:
- 1st VP of Programs: Coordinate school-wide, educational programs to be held during school hours.
- Council Delegate: Attend monthly PISD Council of PTAs meetings held 10am - noon at Plano ISD Administration Building, 2700 W 15th Street, Board Room. Report back to Board.
- Historian/PR: Compile and keep a record of the activities and achievements of the association and to make historical facts available on request.
